HI, my name is Brett Newby and I currently work as a Master’s Level Intensive Behavior Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist (ECM Supervisor, for short) in Arizona. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I recently completed my Graduate Certificate in Positive Behavior Support from Northern Arizona University, which will allow me to sit for the BACB exam to become a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (November 2017). As I study for the test and learn more about the field of Behavior Analysis I thought it would be fun to record my thoughts, experiences, funny/crazy stories and learned knowledge along the way with you. All while staying HIPAA and Ethically compliant, of course.
